As President and CEO of SkyBlue Insurance Agency, Stephen leads the company’s overall strategy, carrier relationships, technology initiatives, and commitment to the customer experience. His focus is on building an independent insurance agency where knowledgeable people and effective technology work together to make insurance shopping easier, more transparent, and more personal.
Andy Gonzalez
Vice President of Operations
Andy oversees SkyBlue’s day-to-day operations, helping ensure that the agency’s sales teams, processes, and service standards support a consistent customer experience. Working closely with the Lakewood team and department leadership, he helps translate SkyBlue’s business objectives into effective daily operations.

Dennis Hernandez
Remote Operations Leader
Dennis leads SkyBlue’s remote operations, supporting agents working outside the Lakewood office. His responsibilities include agent development, performance coaching, training, and helping remote Sky-Agents® maintain the same operational and customer-service standards as the in-office team.
Manny Valadez
Call Center Manager & Trainer
Manny plays a central role in developing SkyBlue’s in-office sales team. Through hands-on training, call coaching, and daily performance support, he helps Sky-Agents® strengthen their insurance knowledge, communication skills, and ability to guide customers through their options.
Erika Hernandez
Manager, Administration, Customer Service
& Retention
Erika oversees the teams responsible for administrative support, customer service, and policy retention. Her department plays an important role in the customer experience after a policy is purchased, helping customers obtain assistance, navigate service requests, and maintain their insurance relationships.
Amalia Mendoza
Property Department Team Leader
Amalia helps lead SkyBlue’s Property Insurance team, supporting agents who assist customers with homeowners, manufactured home, renters, condo, landlord, and other eligible property insurance needs. Her role supports the team’s product knowledge, daily operations, and commitment to helping customers understand their property insurance options.
Anthony Montero
Content & Digital Marketing Manager
Anthony leads SkyBlue’s content creation and digital marketing initiatives, combining creative storytelling, emerging AI technologies, and innovative marketing strategies to strengthen the agency’s online presence. His work includes developing digital campaigns, producing multimedia content, expanding educational resources, and bringing the Sky-Agent® brand to life across digital platforms.
